Foundation: Belief Audits for Hypothesis Development & Initial Market Sizing

  • Interviewed each member of the leadership team plus further internal experts 1:1 on potential areas for growth, competitors, technology trends, capabilities within the company, and obstacles to overcome
  • Conducted desk research on size and growth of industries identified as potential clients

Validation: Prioritization and Verification of Opportunities in a Workshop

  • Goal of the workshop day was to align management on a common visions

    (a) Selection of growth hypotheses for further discussion
    (b) Assessment of opportunities and risks for each opportunity
